Generality

Our rubber-like derives from the sintering of the PrimePart® ST (PEBA 2301), a natural colour powder that has been developed and optimized for its application in a laser sintering system. This material is excellently suited for the production of fully functional, flexible and high-quality items.

Finish

The surfaces of Primepart St PEBA products can be refined through different procedures, including vibratory grinding, flame treatment or painting.

Application

Typical applications of the material are above all high quality flexible functional parts. The behavior under stress qualifies it as an excellent material for the realization not only of prototypes but also of small series, for example gaskets, flexible tubular parts, shoe fund models etc …
