Generality

With our transparent resin printed using Stereolithography it is possible to create complex shapes with a high degree of transparency. The resin we use is one of the rarest used for rapid prototyping to meet the Bio-Compatibility tests of the standard * ISO 10993, 10993-3, 10993-5, 10993-10. It has similar characteristics to the PBT and to the ABS for behavior and appearance.

Propriety

Finish

Excellent behavior to the surface finish such as sanding and painting and is a suitable support for the application of metal inserts and threading.

Application

The stereolithography allows the realisation of complex shapes and with a high level of transparency. These characteristics make it suitable for the production of parts for the automotive, medical and consumer electronic sectors: particularly for lenses and car lighting, packaging, silicon mold models, wind tunnel tests and quickcast patterns. The parts made thanks to stereolithography lend themselves well to superficial finishes such as sanding and painting and are suitable supports for the application of metal inserts and screw threading.
