Materials Selective Laser Sintering


Polyamide PA12

It is the most used polymer in laser sintering process and it is also the base of almost all the other materials.
It has an excellent mechanic and thermic performance, for this reason it is suitable to produce functional
parts. It is biocompatible and FDA certified (food use).


Polyamide PA12 Aluminium reinforced

Alumide is a polyamide PA12 with aluminium particles. It adds to the polyamide more rigidity. Thanks to
aluminium, heat can dissipate easily and it guarantees a better result for the following CNC mechanic


Poliamyde PA12 Carbon fiber reinforced

It is a polyamide PA12 charged with carbon fibers. It is a high-mechanic performance material, it is very
demanded for its high resistance that allows it to be used for stressed components in the aerospace,
motorsport and automotive. It has electric capacities thanks to the presence of carbon fibers.


Polyamide PA12 glass spheres reinforced

It is a polyamide PA12 charged with micro spheres of glass. Thanks to the glass charge in the polyamide, it is more rigid but it has the same properties of PA12. Parts produced with this material have a better result for the following CNC machining and an excellent resistance to abrasions.



The TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) is a material with an excellent elasticity and lengthening properties,
this guarantee flexibility, durability and resistance to lacerations and abrasions. Its use is recommended for
tubes, gaskets, technical clothing and footwear, and for all those applications that need a material able to
be flexible.

PA12 Flame retardant

It is a polyamide with self-extinguish capacity (halogen free). V-0 for thickness bigger than 2 mm. It is JAR25
certified for aviation and UL94 for the realisation of components applied in electric and electronic systems
where self-extinguish characteristics are required.

Polyamide PA6 MF – Mineral Filled

PA6 MF is a polyamide mineral reinforced that offers mechanic performances and high-temperature
resistance greater than other polyamides for SLS technology. The mineral reinforcement is in particle in

order to have very homogenous mechanical properties. This material is recommended for the automotive,
mechanics and for every application that requires high-performances.



It is a polymer specifically developed for 3D SLS printing as alternative to polyamide. Polypropylene,
differently from polyamides, offers an excellent plasticity, lengthening and great capacity of shock
absorption, low moisture absorption and durability.
