Our online instant quote portal is really easy to use. Follow the guideline below and in a few steps you will be ready to print your projects.
CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT
The first step to access the quote is to create your account.
You can choose to set your account as “Private” or “Business” customer if you are ordering for a company.
Fill in the personal fields and click on create account.
You will receive an email confirming your address, click the link and you will be ready for the first Log In and to access to the online quotation.
HOW TO ORDER
Once logged in, you have access to your Dashboard where you can monitor all your activities. To start the quote click on “INSTANT QUOTE”
Here you can directly drag your files or upload them by pressing “Add files”.
Accepted formats are STP, IGES, STL and 3DM with a maximum size of MB.
Now you can view your projects. You can choose between different SLS materials, set a quantity and instantly you will se the price.
Click on “ADD TO CART”, and the files will be added to your list.
CHECK, MODIFY AND ORDER
By accessing “My List” you will be able to view what you have added to the cart, files, quantities, materials and add production notes (such as a specific positioning, etc.) From here you can continue to checkout and complete the purchase
You can also add other optional information such as a purchase order number of your company or an alternative email contact.
Check the data for shipping and billing, agree to the Terms and Conditions of purchase and click “Confirm and go to payment”.
Depending on the payment you have selected, instructions will appear.
Once the purchase is complete, you will receive an email with all the details of your order.
Your files will be taken over by our technical team who will check that there are no critical issues in the production that you may not be aware of.
If so, you will receive a second email confirming the production.
The production of your files will take from 1 to 3 days at the most. You can monitor the status of your order at any time by accessing our portal and going to the “MY PROJECTS” section.
We ship with GLS Express courier throughout Europe. You will receive an email as soon as the courier collects your package.
The tracking will arrive in an email directly from our shipping partner.
The invoice will be issued with the shipment and will be sent to you by email.

What are the printing technologies?
On our portal we provide the printing service with SLS technology. Our machines are Eos P770, P396 and P110. They are all of the latest generation and Industry 4.0
What materials are available?
We print in Polyamide (PA12), in PA12 + Aluminum, PA12 + Carbon, PA12 + Glass, TPU and Polypropylene. You can view them and download the data sheets at https://www.prosilas.com/sls-materials/
Can I order if I am a private customer?
Of course, you can choose which profile to have during registration..
What kind of post process can I have on my part?
You can request different finishing, dying coloring, chemical smoothing and waterproofing treatment..
Can I change an order that I have in my cart but not yet paid for?
Of course, you can go to “my list” before concluding and changing quantities, deleting parts and returning to the quotation.
Can I cancel an order that has already been paid for?
Our production is very fast, almost immediate from receipt of the order to ensure punctuality of delivery for our customers, so it may not be possible.
In this case, we therefore invite you to contact us promptly by writing to email@example.com to check if your order has already been processed.
Can I order hundreds or thousands of parts?
You can order from 1 to 9999 pieces for each uploaded file.
Can I get a discount if I order more pieces?
If you increase the quantity for each single piece you will see the price per part go down. This mechanism is valid for the multiple production of a single piece because it is based on a nesting logic behind our algorithm.
Why is my file not loading?
It might be too heavy or in a format that our portal doesn’t handle. In case you have problems you can use the manual request or you can write to firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I choose a custom delivery date?
Production times are expressed in business days and calculate a minimum and maximum timeframe (from 1 to 3 days). If you need a precise date write to our support email@example.com and we will arrange the delivery with you.
Can you guarantee the confidentiality of the files I send you?
Confidentiality is part of our work, your files will be treated confidentially and processed through our IT system equipped with certified protection services. Furthermore, an NDA form is available on our website (https://www.prosilas.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/NDA-PROSILAS.pdf) which you can ask us to sign and send to firstname.lastname@example.org.
I need to update my data, what can I do?
Just log into your account, by clicking on your name there is “your information”. Enter and press “edit” on your address and information to update them.
Where can I see the details of my order?
You can check the status of your order at any time by accessing the portal, in the “my projects” section.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Which couriers do you ship with?
We ship with GLS Express courier.
How long does the courier take to deliver my order?
The courier will take 3 to 5 days to ship throughout Europe.
How can I have the tracking of the shipment?
You will receive the tracking by email as soon as the courier has collected your package.
What should I do if the goods are damaged during transport?
We prepare the shipment with suitable packaging that guarantees its integrity during transport.
Although transport damage is very rare, we invite you to check the box in the presence of the courier and to accept the goods with reserve.
If the package has been damaged during transport, photograph the damaged package closed and if the parts are also broken or damaged, write by attaching the photo to email@example.com and we will send the parts back to you at our expense, but only if the package was accepted with reservation.
INVOICING AND PAYMENTS
What are the payment methods?
You can pay by credit card and Paypal. The payment option by bank transfer is activated only for orders over € 3,000. If you are a company and want to agree on other invoice payment terms, you can write to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will evaluate your request to agree on a customized payment method..
Where can I find the invoice?
You will receive the invoice by email. If you would like a courtesy copy, write to email@example.com
How to pay by bank transfer?
In case of choice as payment method Bank transfer in advance (active method only for amounts from 3000 euros onwards) the order will be managed only after receiving confirmation from the bank. If you are a company and want to agree on other invoice payment terms, you can write to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will evaluate your request by activating the payment method in a personalized form.
This option is not possible for a private user as the approval of the deferred payment is subject to customer validation by the Euler Hermes credit insurance, which cannot register private individuals.
How do I notify you that I have made a bank transfer?
For the orders paid by bank transfer we need to wait for confirmation of the credit on our bank account. It can take up to 5 days to receive it.
