Hyper-light Carbon

Our new material, Hyper-light Carbon, loaded with carbon, is one of the lightest in the world of 3D printing.

The special formulation provides lightness, strength, ease of processing, and high surface finish.

PA603CF

It is a polyamide charged with carbon fibers.  It is a high-mechanic performance material, it is very demanded for its high resistance that allows it to be used for stressed components in the aerospace,
motorsport and automotive.

PA12 ALU

It is a polyamide PA12 with aluminium charge. It adds to the polyamide more stiffness.

Thanks to aluminium, heat can dissipate easily and it guarantees a better result for the following CNC mechanic productions.

Il PA6, o poliammide 6, è una plastica termoplastica semicristallina notevolmente versatile appartenente alla famiglia delle Poliammidi. Caratterizzato da una combinazione unica di proprietà, il PA6 è ampiamente impiegato nell'ambito dell'additive manufacturing, in particolare con stampanti 3D SLS (Selective Laser Sintering).

PA6

This material stands out for its strength, durability against abrasion, and good chemical and fatigue resistance. Its properties of slipperiness, resilience, strength, and rigidity make it excellent for 3D printing. Additionally, PA6 exhibits high thermal resistance and stability.

It is a polymer specifically developed for 3D SLS printing as alternative to polyamide.

Polypropylene, differently from polyamides, offers an excellent plasticity, elongation and great capacity of shock absorption, low moisture absorption and durability.

It is a polyamide PA12 charged with micro spheres of glass. Thanks to the glass charge in the polyamide, it is more rigid and keeps the same properties of PA12.

PA 2200

FDM Materials

Fused deposition Modeling

Prosilas has the best FDM on ​​the market for the creation of aesthetic prototypes and functional parts. Thanks to FDM systems , 3D parts can be printed in technical polymers for engineering use.

Ultem 1010

This resin is the most resistant FDM thermoplastic.

Thanks to its high resistance and thermal stability characteristics, it is able to support autoclave operations associated both to sterilization and to the creation of composite artifacts.
